Four UK Festival Awards nominations
St Osyth Summer Sounds and King’s Cross Summer Sounds have been shortlisted, and public voting is open until Tuesday 3 November.
We have some lovely news to share: St Osyth Summer Sounds and King’s Cross Summer Sounds have received four nominations between them at the UK Festival Awards 2026.
It means a great deal to see these festivals recognised. So many people help make them happen, from the artists on stage and the teams behind the scenes to the volunteers welcoming people in. Our traders, funders, partners and audiences are part of that story too. Thank you.
St Osyth Summer Sounds
St Osyth Summer Sounds has been shortlisted for Independent Festival of the Year.
At St Osyth Priory, the festival brings people together for live music, food, arts and family activities, with free entry. We want local people to feel welcome and to have access to something they can enjoy close to home. This nomination is a lovely moment for everyone who has helped the festival grow.
King’s Cross Summer Sounds
King’s Cross Summer Sounds has been shortlisted for 3 UK Festival Awards: Independent Festival of the Year, Inner-city Festival of the Year and Micro Festival of the Year.
Summer Sounds brings live music into the heart of King’s Cross, with free performances for people to discover and enjoy together. We are delighted that the work of the artists, community performers, partners and production teams has been recognised in three categories.
