CAGED is a powerful Afro-Contemporary dance theatre show, where 4 amazing performers leap, swing from, and battle with a striking white, 3 metre high birdcage. The birdcage acts as a metaphor for how the mind can be a cage, how you have to escape to see perspective, and the juxtaposition of how a home can feel safe, whilst also a trap. This feel-good, family show takes audiences on a journey using exhilarating physical stunts and a beautiful musical score, leaving a shared sense of hope, trust and connection.
