GALLIONS PARK

Summer in the Park is a free, family‑friendly festival popping up in local parks across Royal Greenwich. Co‑designed with local families and community groups, it’s a hyperlocal celebration made by and for the people who live nearby. 

Young people can dive into a full day of activity, from drop‑in football skills and short tennis sessions to dance workshops, open stages and live music, alongside relaxed spaces to hang out with friends. 

Families can bring a picnic, try new sports together, discover brilliant local musicians and dancers, and explore creative stalls, games and activities aimed at children and teens. With something for every age, Summer in the Park turns neighbourhood green spaces into welcoming mini‑festivals, where local talent shines, young people stay active, and the whole community comes together to celebrate.

COMMUNITY STALLS

We are inviting community groups and local charities to apply for a stall or presence at our upcoming events at Maryon Park and Gallions Park.

This application is only open to community groups, charities and non-commercial organisations. All commercial food trader spaces have already been booked, so we are not accepting any further commercial food trader applications at this time.

Please note that stallholders will need to bring their own equipment. We are unable to provide gazebos, tables, chairs or any other stall setup, so please make sure you bring everything you need with you on the day.

There is also no electricity available on site. The application form may give you the option to request electricity, but unfortunately we cannot facilitate power requests for these events. Any electricity requests submitted will be rejected.

Please complete the application form as fully as you can. Don’t worry if there are sections you are unsure about or need to leave blank — we will get in touch if we need any further information from you.

Spaces are limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Applications will be reviewed, and successful applicants will be contacted to confirm their booking. The applications will close at 9am on the 3rd June. We will reply to you before the 5th June.
