GALLIONS PARK

Summer in the Park comes to Gallions Park on Saturday 27th June, bringing together a vibrant afternoon of live music, dance, creativity, family entertainment and community celebration, presented by Arts Trust. Visitors can enjoy a varied programme featuring emerging musician, producer, songwriter and DJ Sharifa Olateju, hands-on Arts & Crafts with clay model making and chalk drawing, the cheeky roaming performance of The Gazelle and the Hunter, lively folk rhythms from Hilltop Ceilidh, energetic local performances from Dynamix Dance, and a welcoming Open Mic hosted by J Cocoa. The afternoon will close with a soulful live set from J Cocoa, whose music blends alternative jazz, soul and fusion with heartfelt storytelling and a strong connection to community. Alongside the entertainment, there will be food, drinks, face painting, children’s games, handmade products and local stalls to enjoy, making Gallions Park a brilliant day out for families, friends and the wider community

COMMUNITY STALLS

We are inviting community groups and local charities to apply for a stall or presence at our upcoming events at Maryon Park and Gallions Park.

This application is only open to community groups, charities and non-commercial organisations. All commercial food trader spaces have already been booked, so we are not accepting any further commercial food trader applications at this time.

Please note that stallholders will need to bring their own equipment. We are unable to provide gazebos, tables, chairs or any other stall setup, so please make sure you bring everything you need with you on the day.

There is also no electricity available on site. The application form may give you the option to request electricity, but unfortunately we cannot facilitate power requests for these events. Any electricity requests submitted will be rejected.

Please complete the application form as fully as you can. Don’t worry if there are sections you are unsure about or need to leave blank — we will get in touch if we need any further information from you.

Spaces are limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Applications will be reviewed, and successful applicants will be contacted to confirm their booking. The applications will close at 9am on the 3rd June. We will reply to you before the 5th June.

Please complete the application form below to register your interest.
