  • 3.30 pm: Queer Tango Milonga Then stay with us and DANCE! At the Queer Tango Milonga (a tango ball) our DJs will play a whole variety of beautiful tango music – old and new – which makes everyone feel they just have to dance. So why not try out your new skills in a friendly, welcoming environment, and maybe meet others who are doing the same?

Open to Everyone – Free of Charge!
QTL is more than just dancing. QTL believes that anyone can and should be free to dance with anyone they would like to, regardless of gender or sexuality. They passionately believe in the benefits of tango to both mind and body.  You too can dance free of the the ancient assumption that men must always lead, and women must always follow.

So if you want to dance tango - and experiment with who does what, why, and how - we want to encourage that curiosity.

And at Coal Drop Yard this August you can enjoy that wonderful experience at no cost!
